3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate player statistics

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload to GateFC. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. AI Analysis

Our AI-powered analysis provides objective assessments but should not be considered as definitive player valuations. Results may vary and should be used as one of many factors in decision-making.

7. Investment Terms

Investment features are subject to additional terms. By investing through GateFC:

• You acknowledge investment involves risk of loss
• Returns are not guaranteed
• You must comply with KYC/AML requirements
• Investment limits may apply based on jurisdiction

8. Fees and Payment

Some features require paid subscriptions. Fees are disclosed at time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GateFC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that players will be signed, investments will generate returns, or that the platform will be error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GateFC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the DIFC Courts.
